Whilst The Listener does not offer crisis support, we believe we share a resolve and responsibility to connect people in crisis to the help they want, wherever they may be. This is the place to do that.
Whether you live in these countries or travelling there, please bookmark this page for easy, immediate access to the numbers and websites you, or loved one, might need.
We have listed as many crisis support helplines as we can find, sadly not EVERY country has this facility. If a country is not listed and you need help, please contact their local emergency services.
